Applying to study at USQ as a Study Abroad or Exchange student is simple.
Complete the Study Abroad and Exchange application form (PDF *160KB).
Note: On the application form, please clearly mark whether you are an Exchange or Study Abroad student and nominate which subjects you wish to take at USQ.
Include with your application, certified copies of academic transcripts and English language results (if required). A teacher, lawyer, police officer or someone else of authority can certify your documents with an ink stamp clearly displaying their name and title.
Note: All documents must be translated into English and original documents must not be sent.

Once we receive your Acceptance of Offer, USQ will issue an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE). You will require the eCOE to apply for your student visa.
Note: If you need to arrange airport pickup and/or accommodation, please complete and return the appropriate forms (as indicated on your electronic Offer Letter).
