Airport reception and transfer service
All international travellers to USQ are encouraged to read the Conditions of service before submitting one of the following booking forms.
New international students
Free airport reception and transfer is available to all international students arriving to study at USQ for the first time. Services are offered 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. To ensure someone is waiting for you when you arrive, please submit the online booking form 3 days prior to your intended arrival.
Continuing / short term international students
If you are a returning student, a student's dependent or guardian, or coming to study for less than 12 weeks, i.e. ELICOS or Study Abroad, you will need to complete and return one of the following documents:
Payment must be included with the booking form. To ensure someone is waiting for you when you arrive, please submit the form 2 to 3 days prior to your intended arrival.
Late requests
Requests received less than 72 hours before arrival need to be emailed directly to arrivals@usq.edu.au, providing the following details:
- Students Name
- Students ID Number
- Date of arrival
- Time of Arrival
