Our education agents can help you: choose a degree; with your application to study; and provide visa information and details about moving to Australia to study.

Applications to study UniSQ degrees require a recognised previous academic qualification. Find your degree and check the minimum entry requirements.

Before you start your studies at UniSQ, you will need to provide evidence of your English language proficiency. We accept a variety of English language tests and have provisions for specified and approved exemptions.

If you do not meet the level required, we also offer English language programs to help you achieve your study goals and meet the English language requirements.

As an international student, you may be eligible to study and live in Australia on a student visa. Once your student visa has been issued, it will be valid for the duration of your study.

Applying for a visa

You can apply for your student visa online, or with the help of one of our local education agents.

Can I work while I study?

Australian Government student visa conditions allow student visa holders to work up to 48 hours each fortnight. To find out if you are eligible, and the conditions of a student visa, check with the Department of Home Affairs.

Can I stay in Australia after I finish studying?

Upon graduation, and depending on your qualification, you may be eligible for a temporary graduate visa that will allow you to work in Australia for three to six years.
