ICT Staff Satisfaction Survey 2008

Delivering ICT systems and services within a University environment creates many challenges. Monitoring staff perception of ICT systems and services through annual surveys will assist our planning processes and lead to continual improvement.

 

The survey was divided into 4 main groups:

1. Satisfaction
Staff were asked to rate their satisfaction with core systems and services on a scale of 1 (Extremely Dissatisfied) to 5 (Extremely Satisfied).

 

2. Ease of Use
Staff were asked to rate their ease of use on a scale of 1 (Difficult) to 5 (Easy).

 

3. Frequency of Use
Staff were asked to rate their frequency of use  on a scale of Not sure/only occasionally through to 10+ more times per nominated period (daily, weekly, or annually).

 

4. Demographics
The demographics section was designed to collect general information so that responses could be analysed by faculty, organisational unit, mode of employment etc.
