Dr Jagannath Patil is working with Australian Universities Quality Agency (AUQA) to explore the development and evaluation of the student experience. He was interested to learn of USQ's implementation of a ‘Student Learning Journey' planning framework and to explore how USQ engages students in its quality assurance processes.
