E-assessment
E-assessment is the use of network or web technologies to facilitate student learning.
Many of us already use technologies to administer and support assessment. However, E-assessment uses technology to facilitate student activity online, such as:
- completion of online assessments, such as quizzes
- interpersonal communication
- posting comments and resources
- peer learning and group activities
