Benchmarking

Benchmarking at USQ facilitates the pursuit of world class, competitive practice in learning and teaching. It is a systematic and evidence-based strategy that compares learning and teaching processes in order to make transparent USQ standards. It asks fundamental questions such as, ‘How do university teachers know that their students are successful learners?' and ‘Are courses and programs at this university of a similar standard to other universities, both nationally and internationally?' This webpage describes benchmarking processes and explores implementation strategies that will lead to enhanced learning and teaching outcomes.
