Forms which may be of use to staff members include:

Record Keeping Form (PDF* 28 KB) for recording of Print and Graphic Copying done in reliance on Part VB of the Copyright Act.
Request Form must be submitted to the legal office for all requests to the university lawyer
Templates which are approved for USQ use, taking into account risk management. No changes to the Terms of the templates is permitted without approval from the Legal Office.
