Authorisation and signing
All contracts are to be signed in accordance with USQ's Financial Delegations.
If your contract falls within the following categories it may be signed as follows without first submitting it to the Legal Office:
Where any changes have been requested to the standard terms as provided in the templates then the Agreement must be referred to the Legal Office prior to signing by the financial delegate.
Once you have obtained the authorised signature the original contract must be sent to the Legal Office.
The Legal Office will place the original into a Contracts Register for the purposes of contract management.
The Faculty or Cost Centre is responsible for the Contract Management process.
