The Contracts Register is a listing of all USQ contracts. USQ is required to keep the Register both for good governance and for compliance and audit requirements.
For this reason it is important that all USQ contracts be forwarded to the Legal Office once they are signed, for entry into the Register. All details of a contract are recorded and for ongoing management purposes, milestones and pertinent dates are recorded. An email alert will be sent to the contract manager in advance of the date. It is the responsibility of the person who has originated the contract and now has charge of the performance to ensure that all milestones are completed on time.
