Quality framework

The Library is certified as conforming to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 quality standards. The capability in respect of which the Library is registered is as follows: 

The Library acquires and manages information and resources to support the study, teaching and research needs of University of Southern Queensland students and staff.  ANZSIC Code: 9210

 Library staff can complete an Improvement Request (UConnect login required)  where they identify an opportunity for a process or business improvement. Improvements are monitored and documented. The Library Quality Officers are Louise McDonald and Fatima Ngandu.
