Computers and labs located in the Library
Located in the library are a variety of computers available to students, staff and general public for a range of purposes:
- catalogue searching and research
- word processing and printing
- email and Internet
- group study
- Library classes
- 'walk-in catalogue computers' are provided for people without student access
- scanning to PDF available from photocopier (MFD)
- Assistive Technology Area with specialised software and equipment to assist with disabilities
- training lab for information sessions and special Library workshops

* Student access: requires a person to have an active USQ student enrolment.
** Public/student: Public access uses a 'generic' logon for staff and non students for finding information on the Library catalogue. Students may logon normally.
There are a number of other computer labs at the Springfield campus which can be used by students.
Printing

Photocopying
Scanning
The Library houses a scanning facility is part of the colour printer /photocopier (MFD). The scanner can be used by students to scan documents to a PDF which can then be emailed to a nominated email address. Students can then access the document from their email and print as required. Information on the use of the scanner is located next to the scanner.
