Problems logging into DocEx
I keep getting an 'Invalid username and password' message when I try to sign-in to DocEx.
Check that:
• your USQ username and password are correct e.g.:
If your USQ username and password do not work in other areas of the University website either, link to ICT Service Desk with UConnect logon problems.
• you are eligible to use the DocEx Service
The DocEx service is restricted to USQ students enrolled in the current semester and all USQ staff. Students enrolled in upcoming semesters will be able to sign-in to DocEx four weeks before the start of semester.
If your access problem is not related to either of the issues above, please contact the Library (Off-campus Services) so that we can try to resolve the problem for you.

• UConnect is the selected in the Type list
