Problems logging into DocEx

I keep getting an 'Invalid username and password' message when I try to sign-in to DocEx.

Check that:

  • your USQ username and password are correct e.g.:
    • Username: d12345678
    • Password:  abcde123  (case sensitive)

    If your USQ username and password do not work in other areas of the University website either, link to USQAssist for advice with UConnect logon problems.

    Are you eligible to use the DocEx service?

    The DocEx service is restricted to USQ students enrolled in the current semester and all USQ staff.

    If your access problem is not related to either of the issues above, please contact the Library (Off-campus Services) so that we can try to resolve the problem for you.
