DocEx request statuses
To advise you on the status of your requests, DocEx uses a combination of email notifications, and request statuses that display under My Requests.
Your request will be at one of five statuses listed below. Please contact the Library for further information or clarification about your requests.

What this means |
| Idle |
After submitting a request the status marked Idle. If your request has stayed at Idle for longer than one working day contact the Library and we will investigate. |
| Pending - request being processed |
Your request has been successfully received by the Library. This status will remain until the item is shipped (or you are advised that we are unable to supply it your request) .
If your request status has not changed for a few days, remember to check your email messages as we will be advising you of issues relating to your request via email.

| Shipped |
The item you have requested has been posted to you. Within Australia loans are sent via Australia Post registered mail whilst copies of articles, chapters and other material are either delivered electronically or will be posted by standard mail. |
| Received |
The photocopy you requested is now available for you to view via the web. An email is automatically sent out to you advising you that the photocopy is available.
To view this document click on my My Requests locate the relevant request and click on View. Double click on the associated file and your photocopy will display.

| Not supplied |
Your request could not be supplied and you will be sent an explanation email. It is usually because the item is not held by USQ Library or we are unable to fill your request because of copyright restrictions.
