USQ and the Fraser Coast Regional Council have established a joint use library USQ/Public Library located at the Fraser Coast campus and offers:

The Fraser Coast campus Library is located in the Fraser Coast Regional Library at Hervey Bay.

The Fraser Coast Library has a variety of different study spaces to suit your needs. This includes:
- individual/ quiet study
- group study zones.
Equipment housed in the Library
The Fraser Coast Library houses a variety of equipment for use by students, staff and members of the public. This includes:
- Library Catalogue and database computers
- Student computers
- Student printers and scanners (black and white)
- Workstation on wheels
- Photocopier
- Microfilm/fiche reader
- Video/DVD/CD players
- Data projectors.

Equipment for loan
The Fraser Coast Library provides a variety of equipment for loan by students and staff. This includes:
- Digital video cameras
- Audiotape and CD players
- Headphones
- Microphones
- Digital voice recorders
- Scientific Calculators
- KeePad Interactive TurningPoint kits (Clickers)
- Digital note taker
- FM transmitter (for use by students with hearing aids)
Equipment can be borrowed via the Enquiries Desk.
Collections
Library resources are found in the following collections:
- Main Collection – range of resources across all subject areas
- Course Readings Collection – limited loan collection of texts and some recommended references
- Curriculum Collection – specialist resources for Education students; contains, children’s books, teacher resources, games, puppets, toys
- UQ Medical Collection – A specialised collection for students of the University of Queensland Rural Clinical School.
The Library also provides online access to a large collection of ebooks and ejournals which can be accessed via the Library Homepage.
