USQStudyDesk Support Officers

USQStudyDesk Functional Support Coordinator and the USQStudyDesk Support Officer provide specific assistance in the use of the USQStudyDesk and other technologies associated with the studydesk. As these technologies are used more regularly as part of course setup and delivery, additional training and advice on best use are provided to academic staff. Email, telephone and face-to-face support is supplied to academic staff as required.
