What is this service?

LSS is responsible for supporting the use of USQs core content authoring system (ICE – Integrated Content Environment) to create course and other resources.

What does this service include?

• Supporting the use of, and issues arising whilst using, ICE components (word-processing and the web application).
• Supporting the use of, and issues with, the system and associated tools.
• Assistance with issues integrating with the StudyDesk and repository.
• Migration of existing ICE packages.
• Creation of new ICE packages.
• Information and support sessions on the use of ICE.
• Problem diagnosis and collaboration for result resolution.
• Collaboration with ICT Application Support, Service Delivery and Training.
• Testing upgrades and enhancements to the system.
• Creating and maintaining resources and documentation.

What is not included in this service?

• Training (provided by ICT). • Installation of ICE. ICT Services will assist with this.

Contact the ICT Service Desk or use the ICT Self Service for service requests, to log a failure or request an enhancement to an existing application.
