Camtasia Relay
What is this service?
LSS is responsible for supporting the lecture capture software Camtasia Relay and the subsequent storage and availability of recordings to be associated with the USQStudyDesk.
What does this service include?
• Supporting the use of, and issues arising whilst, recording lectures in a lecture room, on staff PCs and using the remote recorder off campus.
• Supporting the use of, and issues with, the system.
• Assisting with the submission of processed recordings to courses associated with the StudyDesk.
• Migration of recordings to existing and new courses.
• Information and support sessions on the use of Camtasia Relay.
• Problem diagnosis and collaboration for result resolution.
• Collaboration with ICT Application Support, Service Delivery and Training.
• Testing upgrades and enhancements to the system.
• Creating and maintaining resources and documentation.
What is not included in this service?
• Training (provided by ICT).
• Installation of Camtasia Relay. ICT Services will assist with this.
