What is this service?
LSS is responsible for supporting the use of Camtasia Studio for pre-recorded screen-based capture and editing of presentations.
What does this service include?
• Supporting the use of, and issues arising with, basic editing of recordings in conjunction with TechSmith tutorials.
• Supporting the use of, and issues with, the system.
• Assisting with the submission of processed recordings via Camtasia Relay and other compatible formats.
• Information and support sessions on the use of Camtasia Studio.
• Problem diagnosis and collaboration for result resolution.
• Collaboration with ICT Application Support, Service Delivery and Training.
• Testing upgrades and enhancements to the system.
• Creating and maintaining resources and documentation.
What is not included in this service?
• Training (provided by ICT).
• Installation of Camtasia Studio. ICT Services will assist with this.
