What is this service?
LSS is responsible for supporting the use of the Adobe Presenter plug-in for PowerPoint to create audio enhanced web-based presentations at the desktop.
What does this service include?
• Supporting the use of, and issues arising whilst, recording and editing at the desktop.
• Supporting the use of, and issues with, the system.
• Information and support sessions on the use of Adobe Presenter.
• Problem diagnosis and collaboration for result resolution.
• Collaboration with ICT Application Support, Service Delivery and Training.
• Testing upgrades and enhancements to the system.
• Creating and maintaining resources and documentation.
What is not included in this service?
• Training (provided by ICT).
• Installation of Adobe Presenter. ICT Services will assist with this.

• Adobe Presenter (PowerPoint Plug-in)
