What you can expect from us?

This service is available 8am–5pm Monday to Friday.

How do I access this service?

Contact the ICT Service Desk or use the ICT Self Service for service requests, to log a failure or request an enhancement to an existing application.

What eLearning Tools are available to Academic staff?

The eLearning Environments website is a one-stop-shop of all the supported elearning tools available at USQ to assist academics in the development, creation and effective delivery of their learning environments.

Available also is our Learning and Teaching Systems Roadmap(PDF 100kb) that is used to inform the development and maintenance of our learning and teaching systems. This provides a general overview of how USQ is considering the ongoing enhancements of our learning and teaching environments.
