What is this service?

LSS is responsible for the support of Voice Tools (Blackboard Collaborate Voice Authoring) used on the USQStudyDesk for voice-based instruction, collaboration and coaching.

What does this service include?

• Supporting the use of, and issues arising with, the voice tools within courses.
• Supporting the use of, and issues with, the various tools.
• Information and support sessions on the use of the tools.
• Problem diagnosis and collaboration for result resolution.
• Collaboration with ICT Application Support, Service Delivery and Training.
• Testing upgrades and enhancements to the tools.
• Creating and maintaining resources and documentation.

What is not included in this service?

• Training (provided by ICT).
• Integration with the StudyDesk. ICT Services will assist with this.

What software platform is used?

• Blackboard Collaborate
