Course Synopsis

This course is for all those people who would like to re-upholster their favourite chair themselves. It may be a dining chair, a bedroom chair or the office or lounge chair. Students will begin by stripping the chair down to the frame, then progress to repadding and upholstering.

Even if you have no experience whatsoever, you can do this course.

NOTE:   All students must contact the tutor at least 4 to 6 weeks before the start of the course to discuss their project, as stuffing and fabric should be purchased prior to the class where possible. Laurens’ contact details will be sent out after enrolment
