The Alumni & Advancement Office invites you to attend a guest lecture delivered by a Fellow CPA (Australia) member with nearly 20 years of finance, business operation and strategy consulting experience across the Asia Pacific region.
The Asia Pacific region comprises of more than 20 countries incorporating many different ethnic groups, languages and business practices. Therefore, managing diversity is the key to success in this colourful and yet challenging market.
The presenter, Mr Lawrence Lau, is the Finance Director of Owens Corning Building Materials Asia Pacific. He is also a USQ alumnus who graduated from a Bachelor of Business program majoring in Professional Accounting and IT management in 1992. In this one and a half hour lecture, Lawrence will share his experiences in the following areas with a focus on China and India:
