USQ Bootcamp reshaping bodies
If your New Year’s resolution involved getting fit and healthy this year, then it’s time to get started as the first USQ Works Bootcamp for 2011 kicks off on Tuesday 15 February.

It’s an eight-week program with two sessions a week of workouts with all new tougher and harder exercises.
The sessions will be held Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:15am to 7:15am at the USQ Rugby Union Oval, Baker Street, Toowoomba.
Kylie Haywood, USQ Works Program Coordinator, said it was ideal for people looking for some serious body alterations.
‘It’s also a good starting point for some people who want to get fit and reshape their bodies,’ Kylie said.
‘Over the course of a week, workouts will include a combination of cardio training, cross training and strength training.
‘Participants will do long distance runs, short hill workouts, sprints, push-ups, weights and each class will end with stretching exercises.’
USQ Works has been holding the bootcamps since 2009 and they are proving to be very popular with participant’s achieving great results.
The classes are free to all USQ staff. Current USQ Fit and Well Partner members will pay $160. Community and student prices are available on application.
