Support services at USQ
It is an expected part of university study that you will have questions and that you will need to ask for assistance at some time during your study. Here are some pointers about how to get help and find the answers you need.
- At least 10% of your fellow students will have similar questions to you.
- Most students leave their questions too late; the earlier you ask, the earlier the problem can be solved.
- Be prepared when you ask a question:
- have your materials or letters in front of you
- make a note of the name of the person with whom you are talking
- keep a record of any mail or email correspondence.
Student Relationship Officers
Student Relationship Officers (SROs) are here to help you achieve your goals, get you through the challenging spots and celebrate your successes. You can contact your SRO about anything and if they do not know the specific answer they will be able to find someone who does.
Enrolments
A number of services are available to help you successfully enrol. If you have any questions along the way your SRO can help.
