At USQ we’re here for you every step of the way. If you ever get stuck, lost or just need some advice, you’ll have your very own Student Relationship Officers (SROs) to help you.

You can contact your SROs about (almost) anything, and if they don’t know the specific answer they will find someone who does. What a relief!

	Have a look in your Student Centre (under the Advisors heading) to find out who your SROs are and take note of their contact details. You can even email them directly from your Student Centre by using the ‘Notify Selected Advisors’ button.    They are just waiting for you to call or email them about any issues that you are having.    Alternatively, if you need to contact USQ, have a look at the University’s contact details.    And just in case you still need that pet shop …
	Once you’ve enrolled and you’re comfortable with the administration side of things, it’s time to move onto Steady … and start gathering your study resources.
