USQ Artsworx hosts an exciting international live art event curated by Zane Trow and Rebecca Cunningham.
exist in 08 is a set of live art explorations, collaborations, installations, performances and forums held at five sites across Queensland. Artists from three generations and four continents will perform and discuss issues of live art practice.
The Toowoomba leg of the event includes:
Artists meet to discuss issues of live art practice; what is it, the ins and the outs, who is doing it, where it is coming from, and live art as a post-disciplinary practice. Hosted by Kylie Hicks and Zane Trow.
USQ student artists have the opportunity to meet and connect with Australian and international artists, alongside Liz O'Neill, CEO of the Performing Arts Network Development Agency (PANDA).
