ADRI@USQ is a conceptual quality framework comprising four components:

• approach
• deployment
• results
• improvement.

Why should I use ADRI@USQ?

ADRI@USQ is an organised approach being implemented on a University wide scale.  The benefits of all employees using the same approach is:

1. ADRI@USQ is simple and easy to use
2. Any size improvement FITS the ADRI@USQ Approach
3. ADRI@USQ can be used by all USQ employees
4. In this day and age when many things are changing so often, the ADRI@USQ approach provides all USQ employees with a starting point and method of instigatng improvements in an organised manner.

When should I use ADRI@USQ?

USQ staff should usq ADRI@USQ when improvement is required in a business process or a business activity. Some methodologies state that improvement or change may be required when there is a problem, a fault or a defect.

Who should use ADRI@USQ?

Any USQ Staff member can use ADRI@USQ. Staff should firstly discuss the business process improvement with their manager and determine their teams approach to managed change process.
