ADRI@USQ - Approach

ADRI@USQ begins with the Approach stage. The approach stage is the thinking and planning stage. This stage comprises 3 broad areas that need to be considered. 

1. Alignment - improvements at USQ need to support the USQ strategic Plan and the overall organisational objective. 
   • What is the improvement?
   • What are the performance indicators?
2. Direction - consider external reference points, benchmarks (world class and best of class practices), risks and control measures when making an improvement.
3. Dialogue -
   • How will your improvement impact others at USQ and how will you communicate your improvements.
