   • Who is implementing the improvements?
   • Are USQ Staff adequately trained to fulfill the approach?
2. Integration
   • What other processes and activities are impacted by your improvement?
   • How will your improvement fit?
3. Innovation
   • How is your change going to improve USQ?
   • How will your improvement be accepted?

After deployment, the results stage.
