ADRI@USQ - Improvement

The final stage in the ADRI@USQ process is the improvement.  The improvement stage is the learning and adapting phase of the process.

The 4 broad areas are:

1. Review
   • What did you discover when implementing this improvement?
   • Can further improvements be initiated?
2. Upgrade
   • What is the nature of further improvements?
3. Communication
   • Who are the stakeholders for further improvements?
   • When should you commence discussions?
4. Sustain
   • Does USQ have a sustained history of continuous improvement?
   • Can you support this continous improvement?
