ADRI@USQ - Results

The results stage follows the deploy stage of the ADRI@USQ process. This stage entails the monitoring and evaluating of the improvement that has been deployed.

The three broad areas in results:

1. Monitor
   • Are you achieving the intended outcomes?
2. Analysis
   • What are the results or measurements by which you can determine if there has been an improvement?
   • What is the improvement?
   • What are the benchmarks?
3. Support
   • How is your improvemeent going to be supported in future?
   • Any issues?
   • What is the support plan?

The next stage is the Improve stage.
