Quality management
The University's approach to Quality Management is guided by the USQ Quality Management Policy and is designed to support continous planning and improvement. The ADRI@USQ quality management framework makes use of change processes and improvement cycles known as Approach, Deploy, Results, Improve or ADRI for short.
Each component in ADRI@USQ has tasks and activities that are required to be considered or completed. Those tasks include:

The ADRI@USQ planning cycle is a way of promoting the recognition that quality is not a fixed or static procedure, output or standard. ADRI@USQ is deployed though USQ Qualiy Policy as well as through everyday customer requests. ADRI@USQ is the result of an ongoing commitment to the values of USQ
