Evaluation and surveys
The Planning and Quality office are responsible for administering surveys at USQ at both a corporate and sectional level. Surveys are designed to gather information regarding organisational improvement, client satisfaction as well as staff/student perceptions. The effective development, administration, database management, analysis and reporting associated with surveys also allows for the identification and continual improvement of services to USQ clients (both internally and externally).
Core Surveys
Any survey that is conducted on an ongoing basis that is intergral to maintaining the quality of the learning and teaching of the University.
Peripheral Surveys
Peripheral Surveys are not a central part of the University survey system (core surveys), however they have been found to be relevant and useful to the University community and should therefore be conducted.
