Corporate Records maintains the University's official recordkeeping system for domestic and international students.

Corporate Records supports student files in hard copy (pre January 2010) and electronic formats via TRIM Students (post 1 January 2010)

Electronic Records (TRIM Students)

TRIM Students is your portal to web-based student records for authorised USQ staff to access student files. 

All student records created since 1 January 2010 are available in TRIM Students.

Hard Copy Records

Includes all student records prior to 1 January 2010.
