Computational Engineering and Science Research Centre (CESRC)The Computational Engineering and Science Research Centre’s aim is to become a world class authority in multidisciplinary computational modelling of the real world. The Centre will foster a synergy of recognised multidisciplinary expertise in engineering, mathematics and physical sciences across the Faculties of Engineering & Surveying and Sciences at USQ through the common thematic focus on computational methodology. The two faculties have a fine record of achievement in the fields of computational engineering, applied mathematics and theoretical mechanics although staff members may work in different areas of application. The underlying principle of multi-physics mathematical modelling and computation serves to link all areas of application. Director Deputy Director |
