The Office of Research and Higher Degrees provides management and administrative support for the University's research and research degree programs, research and scholarship opportunities and the University's research policies and procedures.

The team of dedicated staff also provide a range of services including:

• overseeing the external examination of all research degree dissertations
• providing executive support to the University's research ethics committees
• coordinating institutional research data collections
• responsibility for the financial management and administration of external and internal research grants and research degree scholarships.
