The Office of Research and Higher Degrees (ORHD) provides information and advice on a variety of internal and external funding opportunities for researchers at USQ including:

Internal research grants

USQ offers the following internal research grants to staff:

• Early Career Researcher Program (ECRP)
• Research Infrastructure Program (RIP).
• Toowoomba Regional Council Postgraduate Award for Storm Water Research
  

External funding opportunities

Research grants, scholarships and fellowships are available from:

• the Australian Research Council
  • ARC Calendar for 2008
  • ARC Discovery Project - 2008
• the National Health and Medical Research Council
• other government bodies, industry partners and Research and Development Corporations.
