Before your research degree can be awarded at a graduation ceremony, your degree must approved for provisional awarding by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Scholarship) and you will be required to supply your final requirements to the Office of Research and Higher Degrees (ORHD).
Once you have submitted all requirements to ORHD, your final grade will be amended and your degree will be approved to be awarded at the next graduation ceremony. Your final permanently bound copies will be returned to your Faculty to be distributed as follows:
