GraduationThe Office of Research and Higher Degrees (ORHD) will notify you when you are eligible to graduate. Before a research degree can be awarded at graduation, you will be required to supply three hard-bound copies and one electronic copy (on CD) of your final dissertation to the ORHD. Once submitted, the ORHD will acknowledge receipt of the dissertation copies to you and the Graduations Office and then distribute the copies to the following:
A checklist outlining the requirements of the final copies is provided by the ORHD to assist with the lodgement of your dissertation. Preparing for graduationGraduation ceremonies are held during March, April, May and September at a number of local, regional, national and international locations. You will be contacted personally by the Graduations Office to discuss the academic dress requirements and the graduation day proceedings.
