The Digital Futures - Collaborative Research network (CRN) dual hub launch was officiated by the Senior DVC, Prof Janet Verbyla and held on:
• Monday 5 November 2012 – Toowoomba campus: 3.30–5pm (Allison Dickson Theatre) • Wednesday 7 November 2012 – Springfield campus: 11.15–12.45pm (Auditorium)
The program included:
i) Overview of the Digital Futures (CRN) PDF* 636KB ii) The nature of collaborations with pre-recorded sessions from USQ’s CRN partners The Australian National University and University of South Australia iii) Online presentations of the five research projects funded through the Digital Futures (CRN) using PechaKucha formatting iv) An exemplar of one project artefact (prototype) that has already resulted from Project 3 - Investigating the impact of a web-based, 'discussion-support', agricultural-climate information system on Australian farmers' operational decision making.
