Research at USQThe Division of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Scholarship) covers a number of areas, including four that are related to research:
Office of Research and Higher DegreesThe Office of Research and Higher Degrees provides management and administrative support for the University's research and research degree programs, research and scholarship opportunities and the University's research policies and procedures. The University's Research and Higher Degrees Committee (PDF 21.4KB) is the central body for research management at USQ. It has the responsibility to evaluate and recommend faculty policies and procedures for the administration and promotion of research and higher degrees within USQ. The RHDC oversees a number of operational committees that provide advice in relation to the implementation of research policies and procedures:
Office of CommercialisationThe University also places a high priority on commercialisation of its research results and undertakes to extend its collaborative research through the development of alliances with local, national and international based industries.
