Submission procedure
Electronic version of full paper (not exceeding 8 pages including figures and tables) should be submitted online at: http://www.usq.edu.au/rskt2009sub or email to Chair_RSKT2009@usq.edu.au (all submissions must be in PDF format).
Manuscripts must follow the instruction in http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html. We will adopt a double-blind review procedure. Please do not include your name and affiliation in the full paper.

Accepted papers

Publication
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings in the series of Lecture Notes in Computer Science / Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence (LNCS/LNAI). Extensions of selected papers from the RSKT2009 proceedings will be considered for publication in special issues of THREE international journals, Fundamental Informatics (EI, SCI indexed), International Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems (SCI indexed), and Mathematical Problems in Engineering (SCI indexed).
