Services Provided

The Office of Sustainable Management & Improvement (SBMI) assures quality at USQ through its role and responsibilities.  With the exception of academic quality (managed through Academic Board), the SBMI provides input into functions such as planning and performance monitoring, process improvement, organisational section and process reviews, policy and governance; performance reporting, knowledge management, risk and compliance management, project management and benchmarking.

Core Activities

• assurance of academic quality
• alignment of plans, policies and actions
• resource alignment to organisational plans and policies
• review of outcomes of plans and actions
• implementation of review recommendations
• results are aligned to the vision and strategic priorities of the university
• commitment to and engagement with university values, plans, policies and actions.
