Faculty of Education - Dean's Bursary for International Postgraduate Students

In 2013, the Faculty of Education will offer three Dean's Bursaries to commencing international students.

Two bursaries will be awarded to international students who intend to undertake a Masters degree, on-campus in Toowoomba, commencing Semester 1, 2013.

One bursary will be awarded to an international student who intends to undertake a Masters degree in an online or blended delivery mode commencing Semester 1, 2013.

Value

The bursary will have a maximum value of $2000.

Eligibility

To be eligible applicants must:

  • be commencing a Masters degree in Semester 1, 2013
  • be enrolled on-campus at Toowoomba campus
  • hold an international student visa or be studying external or online.

Selection criteria

Applicants will:

  • provide transcripts and academic results and awards pertaining to their undergraduate degree, in English 
  • provide transcripts of English language proficiency test, in English 
  • have a high level of academic achievement in their undergraduate degree
  • provide a short (one page maximum) personal statement explaining how this Bursary will benefit you.
