How to apply

Rebecca Weppner studied Introduction to Journalism through USQ Head Start, and is now undertaking a Bachelor of Arts/ Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing, Public Relations and International Relations.

What you need to do

1. Print out a Head Start Application Form (PDF 142KB).
2. Go to Head Start Courses and select a course. 
3. Complete the Application Form. 
4. Have the form signed by your parent/caregiver. 
5. Attach a copy of your latest report card to the Form.
6. Hand the completed Head Start Application Form to the Head Start Coordinator at your school.

What your school needs to do

1. Have the application form approved by your Principal.
2. Forward the application to USQ before the closing date by:
