Enrolling

USQ students are able to enrol online. You should ensure they have read all the relevant Information about enrolling. If you have any problems regarding enrolment, please visit USQAssist to search for answers to commonly asked questions.

All students will receive an Enrolment Notice via the post approximately two weeks prior to the start of semester confirming their enrolment. Students who are admitted to a program after this date will receive a notice prior to the semester census date.

Fees and Important Dates

All students are advised to familiarise themselves with fee information and important dates.

Exemptions

If you wish to apply for exemptions/credit based on previous study, you should complete and submit an exemption claim form and supply all supporting documentation.

Dropping and Adding Courses

Before dropping or adding a course, you should read the appropriate regulations concerning penalties.

Appeals

Information about how to appeal decisions made regarding admission, cancellation, changes to a program, exemptions, grades and exclusion from a program.

Deferral

Students wishing to defer or take a leave of absence after the commencement of their program should contact the University.

A number or scholarships and prizes are offered by the Faculty, the University, the Government and professional bodies.
