Please note, there will not be an ATM within the site for cash withdrawals however, several vendors will have EPTOS facilities.

Food and drinks

You have a few different options to whet your appetite while enjoying the visual feast on mainstage.

  • Buy on the night

Gourmet food and tea and coffee food vendors will be selling a selection of goodies throughout the evening in Toowoomba:

  • Toowoomba Corporate Catering - a delicious selection of hot mini-meals especially packaged for picnicing; cheese platters and ploughman's picnics; homemade desserts; soft drinks, water and juice; pies, sausage rolls, pasties and pizza. Check-out the menu (PDF 20.7KB)
  • LA Gourmet Coffee Carts - unique infused teas, freshly ground coffees, iced drinks, soft drinks, water, biscuits, muffins and friands.
  • Coffee Occasion - coffee, tea, syrups and cookies.

In Hervey Bay, food and hot drinks will be available for purchase.

  • Bring your own

We suggest you pack a picnic basket with goodies and bottle of wine or two. Our sites are licensed for BYO only alcohol (ie alcohol will not be available for purchase within the site).

PLEASE NOTE - alternative indoor venue for Toowoomba season (Rumours) is fully licensed (so no BYO alcohol) - bars will be open for you to purchase alcohol from.  You can still BYO food - or purchase from the vendors in the venue from 5.30pm

Toilets

Toilets facilities are located within the Festival arena, close enough to not miss too much of the action.

Parking

Toowoomba

Limited on-street parking is available on Margaret, Hume and Lindsay Streets. Alternatively there are a number of off-street car parks a short walk from Queens Park.

PLEASE NOTE - alternative indoor venue for Toowoomba season (Rumours) has ample off-street parking in front of the venue (323 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba).

Fraser Coast

There is plenty of off-street parking within easy walking distance on the Seafront Oval extension.
