Black Box Shakespeare In-school Tours
In 2008, three separate performances, co-produced by USQ and shake & stir theatre co toured from the Sunshine Coast to Goondiwindi, Gold Coast to Warwick and Toowoomba to Bell. The shows were devised and directed by shake & stir theatre co and featured the University's second-year Acting troupe - who will, in 2009, star in The Tempest. The 50-minute shows (plus 10 minutes for Q&A's) combined artistic elements of Shakespeare, poetry, humour, song and dance and supported the secondary school English and Drama curriculum.
